What we have been doing so far….
- Monitoring court proceedings by attending as many trails and hearings as possible.
- Organising events for defendants and their families so they can meet each other in informal settings.
- Providing a small amount of financial support to families of prisoners for expenses for prison visits.
- Providing legal advice and information about previous cases to legal teams and defendants where this information may help their own case.
- Contacting relevant people to highlight the wider issues surrounding the cases, eg. MPs, Media and other campaigns.
- Attending and speaking at relevant events.
